After my second attempt I was able to make homemade pasta accompanied by one of my red sauces. I'd like to thank the following people for making this event possible:Mom and Dad: Provided the pasta machine extension for my birthday.
Chez Matte: Otherwise known as my brother, Matt. For giving me and the kids a lesson on pasta making while we were in Nashville.
Royce, Will, and Lucy (Royce's friend): They were my loyal sous chefs on this project. It would not have been completed without them.
